Huangshan trip is over...a breakdown of the cost:

Tour Package (Include stay at mountain base: 360)

Entrance Fee for two tourist spots: 85

Walking / Hiking Stick: 2

Poncho: 2

3 days, 2 nights in Huangshan cost about 500 plus if you include the food and other stuff. 10 GIP students went and we all became friends. Nothing like a gruelling torture session to bond ppl. 5 of us opted to conquer the mountain in a day. (ie. climb up and down in a day) while the other 5 opted to stay atop the mountain, paying more for rooms that do not have showers and a chance to glimpse the sunrise. (A very slim chance)

So I ended up making new friends since the rest of my house wanted to stay up there. Wheee...

The mountain was damn high...1.8km up. The damn tour guide we engaged was a lazy bum...kept telling us that we were slow pokes cos he took the cable car up and down..-_- Heck him though...I have my photos! Or rather, we all have our photos!

When we started to climb, the weather was damn hot. After like an hour, the temp dropped...atop the peak, temp plunged to 16.9 with biting winds. Lucky got poncho. And it was like heaven up there...becos of the damn mist! It was everywhere, obscuring the view!

The mist made everything wet. So climbing DOWN became a little dangerous. Those stone steps are a killer. And my army new balance finally cuiz...had to superglue it back halfway down. Damn tiaoz but no choice! I didn't wanna slide down the stairs!

Haha. THe four of them are fun. Had a HTHT session after the climb at night in our rooms. But it turned out that we were too tired, just played cards and talked cock. Damn shiokz. Not that I didn't learn more abt them though. Haha.

Charlene keeps saying 'yao si lor!', Si Ying is hyper (Jumping shots!) Lay Teng is damn sarcastic and Alan...my gay buddy! Hahah.
